Skiticchio is a small piadineria located under Via Atenea in Agrigento. As a native of Agrigento and a lover of piadinas, I often go there also because compared to the others it has an artisanal piadina, crunchy to the right degree. The piadina is very abundant but not excessively so. Fair prices, but above all the thing I appreciate most about this piadina shop, besides the piadina, is the punctuality! I don't remember ever waiting. The quality of the products is good, you can eat either inside even if it has very few seats, or to take away. The pink sauce is also very good and is one of the main distinctive features.
The best piadina I have ever eaten in my life!!! Super quick service, super seasoned and of an extraordinary delicacy. I will definitely be back!!

Super tasty piadina, very fresh! There are only a few vegetarian options, but what there was is worth it. If you eat on site, you have to be careful of cars squeezing past you in the narrow alley. I packed the rest - still very tasty and not soggy.
